Some extra informations

Cultivars
As an old olive grove it is fully covered by the regional Amfissis cultivar trees.

Recent history
This plot has been cultivated for generations by the owners family. The last few years it has been rented out to many different farmers who neglected it and as a result the soil has been covered with wild vegetation making it hard to cultivate and harvest it. Under Patistis Olive Groves supervision the terrain has been slightly reformed and the trees are on the process of coming back to normality.

Future plans
Our primary concern is to restore all olive trees to productive state and afterwards to have a harvest in order to enjoy and share the exquisite characteristics of the extra virgin olive oil of this unique terroir.

Olive oil characteristics

The extra virgin olive oil that we gonna get with early harvest from this specific plot will have its own character. Other than the characteristic variety's aromas of green tomato leaves and almond there will be more aromas to be discovered.
