Patistis Olive Groves is a family based business which is related to land cultivation professionally the last 40 years. Although our ancestors always have been earning their living through the cultivation of land, only the 2 last generations of the family have devoted our lifes into moving the family business into the new era.
Using as a starting point the vines cultivation and the production of wine we also started getting more involved into the cultivation of our ancestral olive groves as well as the production of olive oil.
Inheriting from our ancestors the belief that we should treat the earth with respect, we are devoted into organic cultivation and nowdays we are even trying to minimize the chemical inputs and increase the biodivercity of our groves. At the same time we pay the outmost attention into the quality of the fruits and of course the extra virgin olive oil that is produced out of them.
At Patistis Olive Groves we feel incredibly lucky that we get to do what we love in direct contact with the nature.

The visionaries
Dimitris & Eleni Patisti
Two who worked as one and had the courage and vision to abandon their civil engineer career and return back to the roots to create a winery and restore the old family olive groves. Both of them gifted with persistance and patience made it a long way and gave us their blessing and the chance to continue their legacy.

Patistis Konstantinos
Konstantinos is the proprietor of the Patistis Olive Groves and also involved in all aspects of the business. Agronomist, professional olive oil taster and chef among others and is passionate about delivering top quality products. His target is to achieve excellence and make them well known globaly, by respecting nature and its ways.

Petkova Anna
Anna born in Sofia, Bulgaria, and led by her passion left her corparate life to devote in her true love, olive oil and created My Pure Olive. Life brought her to S. Pelion for vacation where bonds were created with Patistis Olive Groves and since then she has been our organoleptic consultant, with remarkable results.

Simon is the heart of the business, very passionate about his job and a top quality operator of all the mechanical machinery. He has been a part of Patistis Winery and Patistis Olive Groves since he was 18 years old.

Elisabeta is an integral part of the Patistis Olive Groves team as she has an eye for detail and pays the outmost attention when performing any cultivation technique. Her experience in many different cultivations is always a handy asset.
