This is our Amfissis monovarietal, a carefully selected terroir blend from all our olive groves. It is a medium-fruity extra virgin olive oil, with delicate bitterness and pungency.

  The characteristic aromas of the variety—green almond, tomato leaves, fresh grass, and radicchio—are clearly present, complemented by additional notes of thyme, lemon, pepper, and green banana, derived from the unique terroir blend of our groves.

  For the 2025–2026 harvest, it carries a health claim in accordance with EU Regulation 432/2012, indicating a high content of polyphenols, which act as natural antioxidants.

  Ideal for raw use, it pairs beautifully with salads and vinaigrettes, or as a finishing touch over cooked fish, meat, and even pastry creations.
