

The TOPOS series
The “TOPOS” series is a new concept that aims to explore the influence of terroir on extra virgin olive oil from the Amfissis variety in the Pelion region. The intensity of fruitiness, bitterness, and pungency varies according to the distinct characteristics of each terroir.
Across the series, one can identify the typical aromatic profile of the variety, including notes of green almond, tomato leaves, fresh grass, and radicchio, alongside additional aromas that change according to the terroir.
The collection consists of extra virgin olive oils from our groves, with the number of expressions varying each year.
For the 2025–2026 harvest, all oils in the series carry a health claim in accordance with EU Regulation 432/2012, indicating a high content of polyphenols, which act as natural antioxidants.

Agios Athanasios - Kotikia
The EVOO from this grove is medium high fruity, medium pungent while medium delicate bitter. Other than the typical variety aromas someone can spot walnut green pepper, red and green apple and wild aromatics. A versatile EVOO that can acompany both savory and sweet creations.
