

The ατom series
The “ατom” series is another new concept that focuses on showcasing the potential of non-Amfissis olive varieties that are sparsely planted across our groves.
The idea centers on harvesting and milling each variety separately, in order to produce high-quality monovarietal extra virgin olive oils with distinct flavor profiles that cater to a wide range of preferences. The intensity of fruitiness, bitterness, and pungency varies depending on the variety, while the composition of the collection vary each year according to the harvest.
For the 2025–2026 harvest, all oils in the series carry a health claim in accordance with EU Regulation 432/2012, indicating a high content of polyphenols, which act as natural antioxidants.

ατom Amfissis
This EVOO has medium high fruity intensity, medium low bitter intensity and medium pungent aftertaste.
Flavors of freshly cut grass, almonds, walnuts, herbs like mountain oregano and thyme, and artichokes.
Used raw on top of red meat , game or mushrooms to give a fresh note as well as creamy deserts to add spicy and green notes.

ατom Chalkidikis
This EVOO has medium high fruity intensity, medium low bitter intensity and medium pungent aftertaste.
Flavors of freshly cut grass, , green pepper, artichoke and loads of herbal notes.
Used raw over savory creations, salads or meats to season and enhance flavor or on sweet creations with chocolate to give a fresh kick in the flavor.

ατom Giotiki
This EVOO has medium high fruity intensity, medium low bitter intensity and medium pungent aftertaste.
Flavors of chamomile, vanilla, flowers and ripe fruits like blackberries.
A perfect EVOO for starters as its sweet flavor can accompany and enhance the flavor of everything, desserts included.

ατom Kalamon
This EVOO has medium high fruity intensity, medium low bitter intensity and medium pungent aftertaste.
Flavors of chamomile, vanilla, pine nuts and ripe fruits like pear.
Can be used in tomato salad to remind of Greek village Tavern choriatiki, used in cakes or added on top of a Pavlova.

ατom Megaritiki
This EVOO has medium high fruity intensity, medium low bitter intensity and medium pungent aftertaste.
Flavors of chamomile, flowers and ripe fruits like pear and apple.
Can be used over green salads, chicken or fish or over yogurt with honey and fruits.
